Voluum Pro and Premium Support


Voluum uses a priority-based support ticketing system:


  • Enterprise pricing plan includes Premium support: Premium support tickets are treated as a top priority and are answered as soon as possible.

  • Pro and Agency pricing plans include Pro support: Pro support tickets rank as secondary in relation to premium support tickets. This means that they are handled in the order they are received, so long as there are no premium tickets in the queue.

As such, queries related to other external entities may take slightly longer to be resolved.
